Every story should give readers something worth knowing, checking, or using. Research tools may help our editors find sources and draft early notes, but public pages are reviewed before they appear on the site.

What we reject

Copied reporting, spun articles, fabricated quotations, fake authors, undisclosed conflicts, unlicensed imagery, unsupported claims, and pages created only to capture search traffic.

AI assistance and images

AI assistance is never treated as personal experience, identity, or proof. Generated editorial images are labeled and cannot be presented as product screenshots, documentary evidence, or real events.

Advertising independence

Advertising, sponsorships and affiliate relationships will be disclosed and will not determine factual conclusions or remove necessary criticism.

Corrections

Material changes are dated and explained. When a story changes because a fact, policy, source, or interface changed, the update should make that clear to readers.
